What is the display of Bamboo?

Bamboo features a unique, modern control panel designed in Korea, combining a sleek minimalist appearance with intuitive and easy operation.

At the heart of the design is our MoTouch pressure/touch-sensitive control panel, which eliminates conventional mechanical buttons and gives Bamboo its distinctive clean appearance.

No Traditional Buttons

Unlike many conventional rice cookers, Bamboo's control panel doesn't have physical buttons that move or click.

Instead, the MoTouch system detects your finger when you place it over the relevant icon. Simply touch the required function on the control panel and Bamboo registers your selection.

This creates a more modern and streamlined way of operating the cooker while keeping the front of the appliance clean and uncluttered.

Bright, Sharp LED Display

Bamboo's LED display is designed to be extremely clear and easy to read, while complementing the colour of the cooker:

  • Anthracite Black – cool ice-white LED display

  • Metallic Silver – cool ice-white LED display

  • Champagne Roserose-white LED display

The bright, sharp display makes it easy to see your selected programme, cooking status and other information at a glance.

Hygienic & Easy to Clean

Because there are no conventional mechanical buttons, switches or gaps around moving controls, the MoTouch panel is particularly easy to wipe clean.

This makes the design both modern and practical, especially in a kitchen environment where the control panel may occasionally be exposed to food, water or cooking residue.

Designed for Long-Term Use

The absence of mechanically moving buttons also means there is less physical movement and mechanical wear within the control interface.

Rather than repeatedly pressing and moving individual buttons, you simply touch the required icon to operate the cooker.

Bamboo's MoTouch control panel combines Korean design, modern touch-sensitive technology and practical everyday usability — giving the cooker a clean, hygienic interface that looks as advanced as the technology inside.
