I didn't receive an email after placing my order

If you have placed an order but have not received your order confirmation email, please don't worry. There are several possible reasons why the email may not have arrived.

If you are confident that you entered the correct email address, please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions or other filtered folders. Your order confirmation may have been automatically filtered by your email provider.

3. Still Can't Find Your Confirmation?

If you have checked your inbox and spam/junk folders and still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact Yum Asia customer support.

To help us locate your order quickly, please provide:

• Your full name

• The email address you believe you used when placing the order

• The correct email address, if you think the original address was entered incorrectly

• Details of the product(s) you ordered

• Any other information you have about the order, such as the approximate date or order number

We will then do our best to locate the order and, where possible, correct the email address associated with it.
