Yes! Yum Asia offers eGift Cards, making it easy to give someone the gift of their choice. eGift Cards are delivered by email and can be sent immediately or scheduled for a specific date and time chosen by the purchaser.

How Yum eGift Cards Work

Purchasing an eGift Card is simple:

1. Choose the value of the gift card.

2. Select the occasion — General, Birthday or Christmas.

3. Enter the recipient's email address.

4. Choose whether you want the eGift Card to be sent immediately or at a scheduled date and time.

5. Add it to your basket and pay through the store just as you would for any other Yum Asia product.

The recipient will then receive an email containing their eGift Card and unique redemption code.

Using the eGift Card

The recipient can use their eGift Card in either of two ways:

• At checkout: Enter the eGift Card code when placing an order.

• Yum Asia digital wallet: The value can be added as credit to the recipient's Yum Asia account digital wallet and then used towards future purchases.

The credit can be used to purchase any eligible product available through the relevant Yum Asia store.

Important: Buy from the Correct Regional Store

Yum Asia operates separate UK, EU and US stores, and eGift Cards are region-specific.

The eGift Card must be purchased from the same regional store where the recipient intends to shop.

For example:

• A gift card purchased from the UK store must be used for purchases through the UK store.

• A gift card purchased from the EU store must be used for purchases through the EU store.

• A gift card purchased from the US store must be used for purchases through the US store.

This is important because our regional stores operate separately, with different products, stock, currencies, pricing and fulfilment arrangements.

Gift Card Validity

Yum Asia eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please make sure the recipient uses the gift card within this validity period.

Before purchasing, always make sure you are on the correct Yum Asia regional store for the country where the recipient will be purchasing their products.
