Do you deliver to Switzerland, Malta, Norway, Dubai or Israel?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries and regions due to a combination of delivery, customs, import requirements, paperwork and warranty-service considerations.

At present, we do not ship to:

5. Canary Islands

6. Corsica

7. Sardinia

8. Iceland

9. Dubai / United Arab Emirates

Why Can't We Ship to These Locations?

Shipping to some destinations involves significantly more complex customs procedures, import documentation, duties, taxes and courier requirements than standard deliveries.

In some cases, the available courier services are also considerably more expensive or less reliable. While we understand that some customers may be willing to pay additional shipping or import charges, the issue is not simply the cost of delivery.

We also need to consider our after-sales and warranty service. If a product requires a return, repair or replacement, the same customs and shipping difficulties can make it considerably more complicated and expensive to provide the level of customer service we expect to offer.

For this reason, we have made the decision not to ship to these destinations until we can provide a reliable, practical and cost-effective delivery and warranty service.

We appreciate that this may be disappointing, particularly for customers who are happy to cover additional delivery or import costs. However, these restrictions are primarily driven by local customs requirements, import procedures, courier limitations and warranty logistics, rather than simply our standard shipping policy.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to be able to expand our delivery coverage to these locations in the future when the logistics and regulatory requirements allow us to do so.
