I am having difficulty getting my payment through

If you are having difficulty completing an order on our website, there are several simple checks that will usually resolve the problem.

1. Check All Required Fields

First, double-check that you have completed all of the fields marked in red on the checkout page. These are compulsory fields and your order cannot be completed until all required information has been entered.

2. Check Your Billing Details

Make sure that all of the information you have entered is correct, particularly your billing address and postcode.

Your billing address is the address that your bank or card issuer has registered against your payment card. This may be different from your delivery address. It is typically the address associated with your bank statements and the address to which replacement cards are sent.

An incorrect billing address or postcode can cause your payment to be declined.

3. Clear Your Browser Cache and Restart

If all of your details are correct, try the following:

  1. Log out of your Yum Asia account, if you are logged in.

  2. Close the browser tab or window containing our website.

  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  4. Make sure your web browser is fully up to date.

  5. Reopen our website and start the ordering process again from the beginning.

This can resolve problems caused by an outdated cached page or an issue with a previous checkout session.

4. Try a Different Browser

In the majority of cases, checkout problems are caused by incomplete information, incorrect billing details or a browser-related issue.

If you have checked everything above and are still unable to complete your order, we recommend trying a different web browser. For example, if you are using Chrome, try Edge, Firefox or Safari.

If the problem continues after trying these steps, please contact us and we will be happy to help you complete your order.
