Zojirushi Spare Parts
Zojirushi spare parts are different.
Many Zojirushi parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer in advance and can take approximately 4–6 months to arrive in stock, and sometimes longer.
This is because Yum Asia does not control the manufacturing, production schedules or supply chain for Zojirushi. Availability therefore depends on when Zojirushi produces and supplies the particular component.
If you know that you will need a Zojirushi replacement part, we recommend requesting it as early as possible to allow sufficient time for sourcing.
