How does the spare parts process work?

For most Yum Asia rice cooker spare parts, ordering is simple – find the part you need, add it to your basket and complete your purchase.

However, Zojirushi spare parts require an additional verification step before you can purchase them. This allows us to confirm your original purchase and make sure we supply the correct spare part for your specific Zojirushi model.

How the Zojirushi Spare Parts Process Works

The process is as follows:

Submit your spare parts request using the spare parts request form.
We check your purchase details to confirm that the Zojirushi product was originally purchased from Yum Asia or through a store where the product was supplied by Yum Asia.
We verify the product and model so that we can identify the correct compatible spare part.
Your request will initially show as pending while we process the information. You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and is being reviewed.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a second email containing a secure payment link for the spare part.
Once payment has been completed, your spare part will be processed and dispatched to you – usually within 7 days.

Important Information

We only supply Zojirushi spare parts to customers who originally purchased their Zojirushi product from Yum Asia, either directly through our website or through another store where the product was supplied by Yum Asia.

This verification process is necessary to ensure that we can identify the original product and provide the correct compatible part.

Please make sure the delivery address entered on the spare parts request form is the address where you want the spare part delivered.

How Long Does It Take?

Please allow some time for us to review and approve your request.

You will first receive an email confirming that your request is pending. Once we have verified the details and approved the request, you will receive a second email containing the payment link.

After payment has been received, your spare part will be dispatched, usually within 7 days.

The extra verification step is there to protect you from ordering the wrong part and to make sure we supply the correct component for your Zojirushi rice cooker.
