My spare parts request was rejected. Why did this happen?

If your spare parts request has been declined, it is usually because one or more of the details provided on your spare parts request form could not be matched with the information in our system, or some information was incomplete.

Before submitting your request again, please carefully check the following common issues.

Common Reasons for a Spare Parts Request Being Declined

• Incorrect or missing order number – The order number may have been entered incorrectly, omitted, or cannot be found in our system.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address – Please make sure your full delivery address has been entered correctly, including the postcode/ZIP code and any other required address details.

• Request submitted through the wrong regional website – Spare parts requests must be submitted through the website for the region where the order is being fulfilled. For example, if you require a part to be shipped to a European country, you should submit your request through our EU website, rather than the UK website.

• Marketplace mismatch – If your purchase was made through a particular Yum Asia regional marketplace, make sure you submit the spare parts request through the corresponding regional website.

UK and EU Requests

Please note: The UK and EU are separate sales and fulfilment regions.

If you are in the UK, submit your spare parts request through the Yum Asia UK website.

If you are in the EU, submit your spare parts request through the Yum Asia EU website.

Submitting a request through the wrong regional website can prevent us from locating your order or confirming that the requested part can be shipped to your address.
