Will I have to pay additional customs/import charges?

Your order will be dispatched from the Yum Asia warehouse serving your country or region. We operate separate regional warehouses so that products can be supplied locally rather than being shipped directly from outside the region.

We currently have three main fulfilment locations:

• United Kingdom – our UK warehouse fulfils orders for customers in the UK.

• Netherlands – our Netherlands warehouse fulfils orders for eligible customers throughout the EU.

• Los Angeles, USA – our US warehouse fulfils orders for customers in the United States.

Because your order is shipped from within the relevant country or trading region, you should not normally have to pay additional import customs fees or import duties when your order is delivered. This is different from purchasing a product directly from a seller outside your country or region, where the customer may become responsible for import charges.
