Are these products safety marked for European, UK or USA use?
Yes, all Zojirushi products and Yum Asia-branded products that we sell carry the appropriate CE marking and comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) requirements.
We also hold an EU Declaration of Conformity for these products, demonstrating conformity with the relevant European safety and regulatory requirements. For products supplied to the UK market, we apply the UKCA marking where required, in accordance with applicable UK regulations.
In addition, Yum Asia products are CB certified under the IECEE CB Scheme, a globally recognised system for the mutual acceptance of safety test reports and certificates for electrical and electronic products. This provides further independent verification that our products meet the applicable international safety standards.
For the US market, our products are certified to the applicable ETL safety standards. ETL certification is a widely recognised product safety certification in North America and confirms that products have been independently tested against the relevant safety requirements for the US market.
