How do fuzzy logic micom rice cookers work?

In simple terms, the computer chip acts as the brain of the rice cooker. Rather than simply switching the heating element on and off based on a single temperature reading, the microcomputer continuously monitors information from the internal thermal sensor and makes small adjustments to the temperature, cooking time and cooking sequence as required.

This allows the rice cooker to respond to changes during the cooking process, helping to produce consistently cooked rice without the user needing to manually control the heat.

The cooking process is also fundamentally different from simply cooking rice in a saucepan. Rather than relying solely on conventional boiling, the rice cooker carefully controls the combination of heating, boiling, steaming, resting and temperature management throughout the cooking cycle. This controlled process helps produce the characteristic taste, texture and aroma associated with high-quality rice cooked in an automated rice cooker.
