Do you deliver to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

The primary reason is the significantly higher cost of shipping to these locations compared with the mainland United States. However, even where customers are willing to pay the additional shipping costs, there are also warranty and after-sales service considerations that make it difficult for us to support products shipped to these regions effectively.

Our warranty service is designed around the logistics and delivery networks available within our standard US service area. Shipping products to remote or non-mainland locations can make the return, replacement and warranty process considerably more complicated and costly.

We appreciate that this may be disappointing, particularly for customers who are willing to cover the additional shipping costs, but at present we are unable to offer delivery to these locations.

We hope to expand our delivery coverage to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico in the future, particularly if shipping providers can offer more practical and cost-effective delivery and warranty logistics.
