I removed the rubber / silicone gasket on my Bamboo
The Gasket is Non-Removable The rubber gasket attached to the Sakura’s inner lid is strictly non-removable. Because it is not designed to come off, you will notice there are no instructions provided in the user manual for removing or reattaching it.
Why can't it be removed or replaced? During the manufacturing process, this seal is precisely fitted into the inner lid by a machine to ensure a perfect, airtight environment for cooking your rice. Because of how tightly it is integrated, there is no way to replace or reinsert the gasket by hand. If the seal is pulled out of place, it unfortunately cannot be pushed back in or fixed.
How to Resolve the Issue If your gasket has accidentally been removed, damaged, or has simply worn out over time, the only safe and effective solution is to replace the entire inner lid unit.
