How is the Fuji inner bowl heated?

Fuji is an Induction Heating (IH) rice cooker, which means it uses magnetic induction technology to heat the inner cooking bowl directly rather than relying on a conventional heating element beneath the bowl.

Inside Fuji are induction coils that generate a magnetic field. When the specially designed spherical inner bowl is placed inside the cooker, the magnetic field causes the bowl itself to generate heat.

Because the inner bowl itself becomes the heat source, heat is distributed more evenly throughout the bowl rather than being concentrated only at the base.
