Where is Kotori made?
Kotori is assembled in dedicated, specialist rice cooker factories in China, using manufacturing facilities with extensive experience in producing premium rice cooking appliances.
The factories we work with also manufacture rice cookers for established brands including Cuckoo, Cuchen, Panasonic and Tiger. This means they have significant experience in the production of sophisticated rice cookers and other kitchen appliances to demanding manufacturing and quality standards.
International Components
Although Kotori is assembled in China, it is important to understand that modern appliances are rarely made entirely in one country.
Kotori, like many contemporary electrical appliances, uses components and materials sourced through an international supply chain. Some components used in our products come from countries including:

For Kotori, we work with experienced manufacturing partners while specifying the product design, functionality, materials and quality requirements ourselves.
Quality Control & Manufacturing Standards
The factories we use operate comprehensive quality control and manufacturing procedures, covering the production and assembly process from component handling through to finished-product inspection.
We have also had our manufacturing facilities and processes independently inspected, helping us ensure that the production environment and procedures meet the standards we require.
For us, quality is not determined simply by the country in which a product is assembled.
