My Kumo rice cooker is not cooking things correctly
As our rice cookers use highly precise heating cycles, small variables in the type of grain, water levels, or settings can significantly impact the final result. To help us pinpoint exactly what might be going wrong, could you please reply with a little more information about your cooking process?
Please provide the following details:
Rice Type & Brand: What exact type and brand of rice are you using? (Additionally, what is the recommended cooking time stated on the back of the rice packet?)
Quantity: How much raw rice are you cooking per batch? (Please let us know how many of our standard 180ml measuring cups you are using).
Cooking Location: Are you cooking the rice directly inside the main inner bowl, or are you placing it in the steaming basket?
Water Levels: How much water are you adding, and which specific water level lines are you using as a guide?
Menu Setting: Which specific cooking function or menu setting are you selecting on the display panel?
Once we have these details, our team will be able to advise you further and provide step-by-step guidance on how to get the best results from your cooker.
Contact us with these details so we can help.
