The water flow rate on my Oyu is very slow or no water is coming out of the nozzle

If you have some issue with the amount of water coming out of the Oyu nozzle then it means that the Oyu system may be blocked or clogged with limescale deposits.

A way to prevent this happening is to regularly descale the machine (as you would a kettle). This involves running citric acid through the system.

The nozzle will usually require additional cleaning which involves dipping a toothbrush in citric acid and brush the nozzle thoroughly to loosen / break deposits.
